When logging in to APEX on PlayStation 5, the lobby screen freezes.

Question

When I log into APEX on PlayStation 5, I can't get past the lobby screen and can't join a match.

I can access lobby settings, stats, and party joining, but I can't open screens like events and challenges.

Confirmed:

I've tried restoring my PlayStation 5 license, restarting the PlayStation 5, and deleting and re-downloading my PlayStation 5 save data, but nothing has changed. I'm not experiencing any internet connection issues. Other FPS games work fine.

If you know how to fix this, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know.

Would you be able to check this out with another account on your PS5 to see if the issue happens on that account (if available)
Also, if you remain idle in the lobby for upwards of say 5 minutes, does the issue persist after all that time (currencies remain indefinitely loading)?
