WHERE IS MY VOIDWALKER SKIN

Hey Apex, I contacted your guys support and told me to discuss my issue here. As a wraith main and the fact that I've poured so much money into this game i took this to the heart. I purchased the voidwalker bundle from the summer event which was probably the most joy I've ever been given. It's such a nice and appealing skin and I just loved it so much, it also came with a banner and some weird pistol camo. Today I logged onto apex to find that out of all of my items your game could've took it had to be my void Walker? I don't have the banner, skin, or that pistol camo. I spent a good sad 32 minutes before contacting support. I have visual proof of my Microsoft account purchased history that I did purchase apex coins to buy this bundle. I dont even want a refund I want my skin back why yall gotta do this to me? Please get back to cause if I dont hear a response within at least a day we gonna be beefing, thank you and goodnight
