Which accounts to link for cross progression?

Hello, today I got the cross progression prompt for an EA account on PC (not through steam) which is not linked to my xbox account with all my progress so nothing happened. Went on the EA website and...

Hey @Iannn69 It seems that you had two separate EA accounts. It's not possible to move your progress between separate accounts. If you unlink any of your platform accounts from your main account and link them with another EA account, this will reset your account progress.
