white screen when i open apex
I am on PlayStation 5. Every time i open apex legends i get an error code that says "something went wrong". I also get a blank white screen and I have no way of getting to the game. Is this a problem...

@laudable_choice2 Do you have any form of error ID or only "Something went wrong"?

When I open apex legends on my ps5 It says something went wrong with a solid blank screen that says Error code: 0x00000023 at the top left
