@laudable_choice2I have the exact same problem.
Yesterday I wanted to try to play Apex after not playing it for a while , but I when I went to load it up I got the message “something went wrong”. After pressing OK I got a white screen with an error code on the top left. Did everything I thought would fix it such as rebuilding the database and restoring the license, but nothing worked. Then I got a code 100 that I was unable to connect to the EA account. So I thought maybe it was my account, but it shows my PSN is linked. I really don’t know what else to do. It’s so frustrating and I haven’t been able to find anything online until now but it only seems like a few people have the same issue and I don’t see a way to resolve it. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?
- 3 years ago@yolonduhh Unfortunately not. I just got a new ps5 a few days ago so I made a new account on psn and when I open apex legends it just says something went wrong than after I press ok it’s just a white screen. I haven’t even had an option to make an EA or Limk an EA account because it won’t let me into apex. Some people said that if you log out and log back in to your EA account on a pc or phone and than reset whatever your playing on it might work
- 3 years ago@WattsonJuices Got home a while ago. logged in hoping the game just fixed itself after downloading it overnight. Sure enough, it works. Fingers crossed it says working. So, I guess you just have uninstall then reinstall it a few times because that's all I really did other than the other 2 things I mentioned before. I'll let you know if I have if I start having issues again. I highly doubt this "method" is full proof only a temporary fix. But I do hope you end up getting it to work soon maybe we can squad up too.

I logged in to my other account and it worked, but it froze right after I signed in.
