Why am I banned from Apex with no ban history?

Hello, my friend, my account was blocked for some reason, but EA showed that I was not blocked. Just like the friend above, I went to EA to complain, but his result always said that I should cheat

@piyoleafI got banned for calling a user <removed> Perma-banned at that. I've only received one suspension and that was over a year ago. I understand this isn't much relevant but EA's ban bot or whoever it handling reports needs to be replaced because Apex is such a good game but they're killing their own community and I find it illogical to do that when they can simply give us a warning and a 1-7 day suspension.
Like a snake eating itself Apex will go downhill if this is how EA/Respawn treats their player base.

I got perma ban yesterday because i wrote one bad word. In such competitive games, such things can be written with instant anger. It's ridiculous for me to get a perma just because i wrote only one bad word. Apex Legends is a game i play a lot, and getting a perma ban like this is very weird. I was warned in 2020, and it's been 2 years. Would you at least give a warning again? I think EA&Respawn should fix the ban system. In such cases, a penalty such as a one-week suspension makes more sense. Even though you're trying to keep the chat safe, but what EA doing is very rude and weird. Also my account banned from the other thing. Because i just called someone in the "APEX LEGENDS" <removed> with a momentery anger. Waste of moneys and 900 hours. RIP Apex Legends for me.

Indeed apex is a fun game but the way the support handle situations like this is wake it's a game ppl are going to say things deal with it I got banned for 7 days been waiting for 10 everyone I try to log in saids I still got 1 day left ea support is a joke when it comes to actually helping the people who actually play there game

LOL absolutely. I sent exactly 4 e-mails to support and they all get the same replies. I asked a question, I wrote an article about my ban, but the answers are always the same. They send canned responses without even reading what i wrote. Even though i asked a question, they send the same message that they sent 3 times. Indeed, EA is making a mistake by treating its players like this...

same situation here , on top of that i've contacted them 2 times via different tickets and still no reply . must be busy with the monkey game Fifa 

1. Bro this also happened to me I cussed my teammate out and I got permanent banned 

i had a sanction 2 y ago , followed by 3 short term suspensions and i think the last got me bad hehe as i hit the filter , the word was in **** so i got locked in the next day as the bots never sleep hehe .
