Why am I banned from Apex with no ban history?

probably mistake ban

Today, my brother reported that my apex was no longer in the match. I have never had such an idea in a match and it seems to be a false ban. There is nothing in the history in the attached image, and if you look at the results of my apex account, you can think that you are not using cheats. pls May I see you as much as possible?

I'm afraid we're unable to review any account actions on the forums.

The account history page shows specific types of actions, but not all in-game suspensions or bans will appear here, sorry for the confusion.

For this you'll need to contact our Terms of Service team to appeal this action. If you haven't already done so, you can reach them using these steps.

@predspartan bro this is what it is like you spend hours on the game and they just find a tiny excuse to jip you off your stuff cause its an eazy steal

@RBH_JustJohn did they say it takes upto 30 days to get a response because thats what they told me it makes no sense

A processing time of 30 days was also written in the letter.

As soon as I sent the reply letter, I immediately posted here as well. I think it helped speed it up.

A little interesting, I preferred to turn off voice chat because those who swear there will get away with it without punishment.

Hello sir,
I joined the APEX membership very early, but I didn't play this game because of my busy work, until I became addicted to this game when I was free in the past two weeks.
If you check through the game log, you can see that I have played a lot of hours in the past two weeks, and I even considered recharging this game.
But unfortunately when I was playing APEX yesterday I wasn't sure if it was a problem with my internet or something suddenly happened to my computer,
I couldn't operate normally for about 1-3 minutes. I think my account may have been banned because my character was reported by other players for stalling in the game
I have never opened any hacker tool. If EA official has any program that can scan or check computer hacker tool, I am willing to cooperate with the official to investigate my computer.
and I also tried to help through EA help but couldn't get help..
PLEASAE I hope EA official can help to assist in the investigation☹️

@EA_Mako Hello,
My account (SUPERMIAOUMIX) got banned for 7 days for saying "ye he do be *" in the chat to a player that insulted me and a teamate by mic.
I understand its not a pleasant thing to right in the chat but the context was really hard.
I got insulted this way "You should go back and suck your mom's *" or "yeah * you, you * mirage player".
So i decided to relativised with my teamate and texted the message that got me banned for 7 days.
I think it's way to hard for someone that got really harshly insulted by an horrible member of the community.
At least i hope he got banned for more time than i do.
