It was just an updating of profile name with xbox, no unlinking. Note: ive just signed into game with my 2nd account with no request for a review ot terms. My original is still requesting i review terms. Im think im at a dead end here. At least its not time consuming only repetative.

Have you tried removing and re-adding that Xbox account on your system to see if that makes any difference? You can find more info on how to do that over at the Microsoft Support website.

Thank you. Removing and reinstalling my account to xbox seems to have fixed the issue.thanks again.
