Why aren't automatically generated crash error reports a thing?

Basically just the topic. I get pretty frequent CTDs and it's pretty annoying given that there is zero recovery particularly when i'm in a party with people but it's also bad for solo queue players as well. You need to setup this crucial way of mining information to address the cause of crashes.
