Why do i always have to accept user agreement everytime i log into apex on Xbox

It keeps clearing my settings and its very frustrating to have to remember everything when ever I want to log in. It started when the next gen update came out and hasn't stopped since despite changin...

@EA_Aljo It happened again and switched networks like you said, unfortunately I was still forced to accept the user agreement before I could get in. I'm starting to wonder if this isn't an xbox issue because I've noticed that it tends to be more likely to occur when I boot up the game and get a message saying 'lost connection to the xbox network '

You will always disconnect when turning off your console. The connection is severed when that happens. You can try removing the game from Quick Resume to see if that helps. Otherwise, I'm out of ideas for this. It would be good to try messaging @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/.
