Why do i get bannd from ranked if i dont want to play with noobs

I really dont understand why in the name god do i get bannd from ranked if i dont want to play with noobs. I mean for real i have over 3000 kills, and i just dont want to play with noob ppl with 20 kills max.

Now if i dont want to play with them cus they have absolutly no idea how to play the game and leav the match at the beginning cus i see the have less kills then im gonna do in this single match i get bannd for so long.

I ran away from them usless noobs in regular now i have to deal with them in ranked.

EA you have absolutly no respact for thos who actually love this game.

I wanna fight and win and all they wana do i loot like its the whole god damn purpose of the game.
