Why do I have a padlock icon on my game modes (Apex Legends)

There is a padlock icon on my game modes that makes battle royale and arena modes unplayable.

    @Delikadir07 To confirm did you get any error message when getting into the game? If not can try running a repair and relaunching?

    I deleted and redownloaded the game and it's looks like ok 🙂 Thanks anyway !
