Why do I have negative apex coin value
The gold coins in my apex account have disappeared, so I can't do anything related to the purchase. Does anyone know how this happened?

Typically we would see a negative coin balance like this if a recent coin purchase has been refunded.

Why is my Apex Coin balance negative?
If you get a refund in real-world currency, we’ll take an equivalent amount of Apex Coins from your Wallet. If you don’t have enough Apex Coins to cover your refund, your balance will be negative.
New purchases of Apex Coins will first be applied to your negative balance.
Any additional coins purchased after this point would go towards correcting the negative balance before they're available to use for further purchases.
