Why do I keep getting Matched with the worst teamates ever in ranked arenas?

Hello I am ranked platinum 3 I sweated my soul to get there and then when I get there I come to realize that I am getting the worst teamates ever. I read up on the MMR thing and how it works but it seems like the matchmaking looks at my MMR and puts a whole team with a similar MMR around the platinum level and then gives silver, bronze, and even unranked teamates. How is that even fair? If that was not worst enough I noticed that the game puts me with teams that are in a full party meaning that they are communicating the whole game while I have teamates that are bots not saying a word. I feel like the matchmaking is working against me when it comes to my teamates, I sincerely don't want to carry or get destroyed, its like giving free wins to the opposite team basically. There should be a system in place in which if someone is solo queing in ranked arenas at least then it should match up with a whole other team of other players that are solo queing to keep it fair. Also if there is a rule in place in which you can only be one rank apart in ranked arenas as a team, then should that rule not also apply to the system when it matchmakes me with other players in my team. That rule is so hypocritical when it comes to solo queing cause I literally get bronze players and I confirmed. Bronze and Plat are way too far apart and I should get players that are plat or gold. I am so infuriated I just finished playing a game with the most sweatiest platinums and my teamates were both unranked, where is the logic in your matchmaking system? Can someone explain anything to me and tell me what I'm missing? Will this be fixed am I asking for too much? HELP! I don't have a team to play with and i don't want to suffer with the worst teamates ever and completely  carry... I literally 1v3 win some games because both my teamates get down instantly, obviously cause they don't belong in that match cause they are not Platinum or gold!!
