why does EA ignore me

why do i get ignored by EA? i opened 5 or 6 cases and all of them have been marked as "closed" without a response from them just marked like that. I havent got an email from them or anything, it look...

Hi @silvius888,

This has been reviewed by our Terms of Service team multiple times, which is why you're now having the cases declined.

As they've completed multiple reviews and declined to remove the action, that is final and not something we'll be able to change here either.

there is nothing on those folders, i didnt got a response or an email from them. the last case was declined without a response so what am i doing wrong? the ban was wrong from my opinion because i havent done anything so they just ban people without them doing anything?
