Why haven’t I got my retroactive packs

No, google it and you'll find the old system for the first levels was every 1 level a pack. But i also remember it.

OLD progression system:
Level 1 -21 = 20 Packs - Every 1 level a pack
Level 21 -51 = 15 Packs - Every 2 level a pack
Level 51 -100 = 10 Packs - Every 5 level a pack
Thats 45 Packs in total.

NEW progression system:
Starting December 3, you can earn:

Level 2 - 20: One pack every level
Level 22 - 300: One pack every two levels

(Level 52-100 = 24 packs minus-10 packs you got with the old system = 14 Retroactive packs for a level 101 player after patch)

Level 305 - 500: One pack every five levels

Maybe i have miscalculated something i'm also a bit confused but the point is that the system changed after around level 51-52 so only after that the system will give retroactive apex packs according to your level on Dec 3 after patch.

At least that's what i understand because i was 101 lvl and the system gave me 14 retroactive apex packs.

They literally say a level 101 gets 14 packs so a level 52 gets even less. Zero.

If someone got more then it's a bug.

My friend who is approximately 10 levels higher got 8 packs

Some players at lower levels received some extra packs, we're looking into this. 

@xKingMeta If you were level 50 or lower, no bonus packs should have been granted with the progression changes. 

@SpyrosFPS has accurately described things, but please let us know if there's anything we can clarify.
