Account falsely banned issue
Hello EA team,
I am writing to ask some questions regarding my Apex Legends account.
I was banned on 16th of July, while I was on holiday and not in the game. After I returned home I checked my account thoroughly and it seemed that nothing was changed nor hacked (password, email, etc.). I even downloaded my EA data to double check. I have never used cheats or anything that could give me competitive advantage as I really value my account ( I play from season 2).
Could you answer me if some of these conditions caused my ban:
1. I usually play on 2 computers, one at my home and one at my grandmother's.
2. The second computer has TeamViewer installed and is usually accessed from a different computer for work purposes.
3. I play with a Dualshock4 controller on both of the PCs but without any external software.

IvanMaster475 Unfortunately, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

If your EA Account is hacked and you need help recovering it, you would need to contact EA Support.
