Why the ALGS badge for the Year 4 tournament has not been issued yet？

My friends and I participated in Challenger Circuit #1 - Split 1 Year4 together, but it has been a long time since Challenger Circuit #1 - Split 1 Year4 ended, and we haven't received  ALGS badge yet...

We have the same problem we joined. Preseason Qualifier#2 and Challenger Circuit#4 Split2 but we still haven't received the ALGS Badge yet. I hope there's a reply atleast.
