Why won’t it reset my rank for season 5

How come my ranked account has not reset yet I really want to play in silver with my friends

    Hey @Bobmahob. 

    If you're still seeing the previous season's rank over your character in the lobby, it should clear up on its own after you play a couple rounds of Ranked. Eventually the rank will sync back up on its own after a bit.
