Solved

Wi-Fi always disconnect when playing Apex Legends

https://streamable.com/azonnp Can someone help me with this? After the Season 13 update, I can't play Apex legends more than 5+ minutes, because the network adapters just stopped. When I play other games, it works fine. I have try anything to solve this problem, like changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, and then trying to use the command prompt, and still doesn't work at all. Is this because the update or is it because my laptop?

Have you tried running a memory diagnostic in Windows to see if it is able to find any issues?

If you type Windows Memory Diagnostic in your Windows Search bar you should see it pop up. There are also some third party memory test programs you can use if you prefer.

Let me know if you're able to try running the test, and what you find out. Thanks!

Have you tried out the Windows Network Troubleshooter to see if it's able to identify any problems?

For more info on how to run the tool check out the Microsoft Support website. Let me know how that goes when you're able.

Actually I have solved my problem with wifi issue, but right now is the BSOD Fault Page In Non Paged Area, and this is only happening when I'm playing Apex Legends, while I'm playing other games still works fine.

Thanks for the update! Glad to hear you got the WiFi issue figured out.

Were you getting the BSOD error before you adjusted your page file settings?

Yes, and after I adjusted my page file settings, it stills got the BSOD error.
