Will progress be reset after changing mail?
Is progress reset after changing my EA account email? A friend changed his email +-2 years ago, his progress was reset and he was given coins. Is this a problem now?

If you're simply updating your email address through your EA account page, your progress won't be affected.
Progress would be lost if you unlink a platform from your EA account and link it to a different EA account, since progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.
You can change the email just fine, you cannot unlink an account without losing progress however.
