OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 6.1 (7601 : Service Pack 1).
i have the exact same problem and i have tried like 5 solution's and not one has worked

windows 7I am having the same issue as well on windows 7 with an i5 6500 and a 1070.... I have reinstalled the game as well as origin, scanned and repaired multiple times and I am still getting this error. I just wanna ball with my bros.

Same issue as others have described. Windows 7 Ultimate x64. 0x00000000 error happens randomly, sometimes right after the game starts or when dropping, sometimes when the game is almost over. Sometimes I can go 5+ games without having it happen. Past 3 games I haven't even gotten 3 minutes in.
I have tried updating to the latest Nvidia driver, installing the latest Windows updates, changing all the video settings in game and the settings in Origin. Nothing helps.
Same issues here, was just in the top two squads when it crashed.
