I also have the same problem, but what I think is that our gamertag isn’t connected to our EA account. EA doesn’t give us an easy way of doing this, so we have to try and find a game that isn't Apex Legends and sign in to a game that EA provides online to. I’m not sure if it works, but I’m giving it a shot.

I have no way to login to origin via my PlayStation and this is obnoxious.
For those of you in the boat that your PSN/Xbox account is connected to the wrong EA account, there is almost nothing you can do except a persona transfer. Which is very dangerous.
