Won’t give me twitch prime loot for Apex Legends

I linked my EA account to my twitch prime account and it said that I claimed my rewards but then it didn’t give me my loot. I have refreshed my game a couple times now and it still will not work. Tha...

I also have the same problem, but what I think is that our gamertag isn’t connected to our EA account. EA doesn’t give us an easy way of doing this, so we have to try and find a game that isn't Apex Legends and sign in to a game that EA provides online to. I’m not sure if it works, but I’m giving it a shot.
