Im having the same issue on Origin... Main account with BP is stuck at Main Menu and secondary account is working fine from the start of level 1... Im so upset about this and EA has not helped me with this at all... I dont know if a fix is coming out... i just want to say the frustration is real amoung gamers who spend their money for this broken * software... Their EA Desktop app(Beta) is also a fail...falling in the same footsteps as Origin....
Anyone who can help! much appreciated.
I have currently tried:
- Restarting the game and computer,
- Reinstalling the game
- Switching the ipv4 to use the Google DNS settings (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
- Flushing the DNS
- Restarting the Windows Audio Service
I am running Apex through Origin

The game is booting up, but it gets stuck at the connecting to server step, after which you have to click the mouse button to proceed, and I cannot get to the main menu. There is no error message or anything, the indicator that it's trying to connect (the spinning circle) just keeps on spinning.
The game was running without an issue the day before, but the problem appeared yesterday evening and has been present ever since.
