Wrong ban

Dear EA/Respawn Support Team,

 

My name is Fatbo, and I’m writing regarding my Apex Legends account: fatbo.

 

While I was playing Apex with the YouTuber **玖兔 (JiuTu)**, I suddenly received a message saying that the anti-cheat verification had failed. However, the game continued to function normally, and I was still able to access the lobby. I assumed it was a temporary glitch. But the next day, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned.

 

I want to state this very clearly: **I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or unauthorized modifications of any kind**. I have always played fairly and respected the rules of the game.

 

Since the incident, I’ve submitted over ten emails and support requests, but unfortunately, I’ve only received automated responses. I haven’t been given any explanation or a proper chance to appeal this decision.

 

I am kindly requesting a **manual review of my account and gameplay records**. I’m fully willing to provide any information needed to assist with the investigation — including gameplay footage, system specifications, and timestamps of when the incident occurred.

 

**Apex Legends is more than just a game to me — it’s an important part of my daily life.** I’ve put countless hours into this game, and being locked out of my account has been devastating. I honestly cannot imagine my routine without it.

 

Please, I’m asking for one fair chance to prove my innocence. I trust your team values integrity and the voices of honest players.
