Wrong fully banned

So I yesterday logged into my apex account for the first time since season 9. When I first logged in, it made me change my password, then when I got in I noticed I had a clan tag “qsg” and I never did that. I also had on a life line skin. I never use lifeline. Anyways it looked like someone was on my account season 10. I looked and it said I had 500+ kills for season 10 and I never played a single game of season 10. So someone hacked my account and was playing on it and I am for some reason banned. Some one hacked my account and did something against ea terms and got me banned.

    I was playing normally from season 8 apex till a couple days ago i suddenly got banned.

    i dont know why and im sure i didnt cheated, you all can check the KD /damage for instance, 

    if im cheating surely i'll go for 4k damage and 20kills.

    funny thing was my 2nd steam apex account also got banned JUST LIKE THAT the day after

    it doesnt make sense about EA's response its like closing the matter without telling me whats happening 

    please investigate further and tell me WHAT DID I DO WRONG BCAUSE IM NOT CHEATING

    So I haven’t played in a week and coming back to apex I see my shii is banned and I want it fix asap

    i got banned from apex for no reason and when i try to go in a match i get kicked and it says that im banned and i wanted to play the last day on season 10  :.(
