Wrongful ban

Hello. I send this message because of a wrongful rejection of my appeal. My account was hacked and banned while I haven’t played and can been proved with the email used to log in. I had been hacked by a third email which I kicked out with ea help. I need my account back I can’t start over especially when I’m not in the wrong. Thank you!
