Yeah i was hit with the same thing Permanent ban on my account well over 3000+h played on apex across steam/ps4/ps5, ive spent well over 3.5k on apex never have hacked/cheeted/teamed/exploited etc!!, ive got e mail when i disputed the ban 1st time that i have been banned for competetive advantages, then i e mailed again and with the second investigation they conclued the matter to be closed and not to expect any further responses ive apealed over 20 times copy paste ansveres, i also talked about my issue with advisors one told me theres no reson given why im banned one told me that i have been banned i do not know hows this eaven possible or how it happend , my account has 7 failed payments made for 26.01.2025 battle pass dont know hows taht possible when i used prepaid gift cards for psn walet top up, also talked with psn support no issues no account compromise on theyre end , when i look apex games and services on my ps5 i have 2 season 23 battle pass ultimate spilt 2 ones what dose not corespond to what i have purchased or what my psn transaction history shows, in game leading up to my ban couple day before 11.05.2025 my account somehow was able to optain horizons heirloom i have no ide to hows that possible if i had serpents sting equipped on here, some days i was somehow rank higer than previous day,previous sesons where alright i think something may be wrong with apex javelin anti cheet or theres a roge ea employee who messing about or theres something really wrong with the game(code mix ups with seson 25)
