Xbox account associated with disabled EA email

When I tried to download EA Play games using my Xbox Game Pass it says that my account is already linked to an account that I don't know:

Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account gamertag already linked to your EA Account for 84*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime.

I can download games on my Xbox, but when I try on PC I can't download or play anything because I don't know this account, I don't have a password or anything that allows me to connect. I can't also unlink this account to my Xbox account and link to another email. How do I solve this? Can anyone from EA help me with it?

PS.: I already contacted Microsoft and they said this issue is related to EA and not with them.

    If you don't have access to the email address registered to the EA account (including if it's been disabled as in this case), you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
     
    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further. 
  • I'm having a similar issue and cannot seem to create a case. Clicking create a case takes me back to a help menu and opens a new tab. Geting frustrated. I'm trying to link my Xbox account, which is the same email for my EA account, but it says my Xbox is attached to a disabled email 96*****@disabled.ea.com

    Hi @maxadon96,

    If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
