[Xbox] Apex Legends Continue Screen Issues

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. The title screen, with horizon and pathfinder on it, where you press A to log into the game, and there’s two issues, the game doesn’t sync my data, or it doesn’t connect me to EA.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to load into Apex.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? This has been happening for the past month I’d say.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? My internet gets very slow, even on separate devices, and stops working completely on Xbox. And thus i can’t load in to Apex.
What should be happening instead? I should be getting past the title screen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue.
Everytime I load up apex, either one of two issues occurs. My data won’t sync for apex legends, or two I can’t connect to EA servers. My internet isn’t good but it’s not terrible, I play plenty of other games perfectly fine for the most part. But whenever it comes to apex my internet * the bed. It pretty much dosses me. That title screen with pathfinder and horizon on it literally boots me out of any Xbox live party and refuses to connect me to the servers. My friends list stops loading and even my other completely separate devices get slower and lag. I then close the game and have to wait a few minutes for my internet to start working properly again. Again my internet is not the best but I play plenty of games that don’t even have good servers like Destiny 2 or Ark survival evolved for example and I run smooth as butter unless I have a bunch of people using my internet.
This happens very often, sometimes I load into apex perfectly fine, and some days it’s just not playable because of these issues. I’ve thrown on a hotspot on my phone and I’ve been able to connect to Apex using that every time. It’s strictly my internet, but at the same time... my internet is better than my phones boost mobile hotspot. So I don’t believe it has to with the quality of my internet because for one I play other games perfectly fine, two my hotspot is worse than my actual internet but that loads apex, and three sometimes I connect to apex perfectly fine in an instant.
