XBOX ONE Extreme stuttering, freezing, rubber banding, DESPITE Good Connection.

    @ErectRainbow I get the same thing. Tried all of the troubleshooting steps you have mentioned as well.

    This same exact thing happens to me about every other game. I'll spike to about 400 ping and my character will rubber band horribly even though my internet is perfectly fine on any other game, I'm also playing on PC with wired connection.
