Im so glad i found this thread. Iv been having these issues and its absolutely frustrating trying to have fun on this game. I cant even loot and my game constantly hitches on xbox one. Freezing is absurd. I play this game a lot with my cousin and i might as well be useless in a gun fight since it decides to freeze when i first start shooting. It became so bad that when i watch videos\streamers play and their game doesn't freeze when they go to shoot\loot\jump, i look at the screen in confusion and then laugh because of how i can predict these issues before they happen. I dont know what to do anymore, i'd hate to give up on this game but what other options do i have. I also live in colorado as well.
I've found a way to stop the stuttering and freezing.
It will cost money.
Buy a SSD, I got mine for 64$ on amazon.
