I also got banned (1 day ban) for replying to you for "being disruptive". So best of luck. It is a widespread issue and unfortunately they are silencing people who tell others their suggestions do not work.
Yeah I didn’t use my main account on purpose. They take the time to read your reply for ban purposes but not enough time to help solve the issue.
