I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I did this and it doesn’t help. My game stutters pretty frequently. It doesn’t feel like a connection issue as my ping as good.

Yes. Power cycling your modem, router and console can frequently help with these issues so it's one of the first troubleshooting steps we suggest.

doesn't work. Also all my friends also experience this since last patch. Please fix, game turns unenjoyable.

@EA_Aljo This is an issue that many players have already reported, it's the issue #1 on the Reddit's bug list. I think we would appreciate some kind of acknowledgement from EA's side because the game is kind of unplayable right now on console. It's very frustrating to start a fight and suddently you cannot move or shoot correctly and die systematically. This issue is not caused for any user's configuration, the game was fine tuesday morning, it started after the season's 4 patch.
- 6 years ago@EA_Aljo Doesn’t help. I’ve reinstalled the game restarted my modem. Changed MAC address and even switched ports. I’m hardwired and I feel as if I’m playing on a hotspot

As @Zeelmaekers mentioned, an update was released for Xbox One that should help with the lag. Are you still experiencing it?
