XBOX Series - game asking for accepting users agreement every time i launch it.

Hey guys

i have this issue for about 3 seasons and i fixed it for few weeks by resetting my EA password, but after the new season update it came back again.

the issue is that when i accept it resets all of my in game settings (controller set up, FOV, sensitivity, you name it).

and when i trying to join a game, a loading screen comes up and i get back to the lobby or start menu where we can chose the servers.

i don't have any issues in non EA games, but only and only EA.
