Xbox series s game chat not working since next gen update!!!!

Why does it take so long to fix this issue and why is it when theres an update for apex something else goes wrong??? What going on at respawn/ea!!!!!!!!!

    Patch notes are normally relayed in the Apex news board on Answers HQ as well as on the news section of the official website.

  Where? Its been over a month... this issue still hasnt been fixed. Let alone acknowledged on patch notes or official accounts.
