Xbox series s game chat not working since next gen update!!!!

Why does it take so long to fix this issue and why is it when theres an update for apex something else goes wrong??? What going on at respawn/ea!!!!!!!!!

I’m on a series x the chat isn’t working and hasn’t been work since last season And y’all support keeps giving me the run around or keeps telling me to check here for updates but y’all telling everyone y’all know and are trying to fix it I’m not finna keep wasting my money on this buggy game or any other ea game like fix my game

    @ellie2360 I know right! Mine stopped working after the update and thought it was my headset but nope. I've uninstalled apex and reinstalled it twice now. Nothing
