Xbox series s game chat not working since next gen update!!!!

Why does it take so long to fix this issue and why is it when theres an update for apex something else goes wrong??? What going on at respawn/ea!!!!!!!!!

Next gen Xbox console game chat is still not working for over a month now since the update. Respawn acknowledged the issue over a month ago and there has been no update. The game is literally unplayable for people like me who have friends on other platforms.
