Xbox series x Apex legends multiple issues

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to load into menu, kicked out of matchmaking before game starts etc
What do you expect to see? For the game to work
Currently experiencing multiple issues with my connection to EA servers for Apex Legends on my Xbox Series X. These are:
1. Profile is not permitted to play online.
2. Unable to connect to EA Servers.
3. #matchmaking_banned
4. Party member preprocessing.
5. Forced orientation matches.
6. Hardware/identity mismatch.
Please note that I have zero ban history as of today, 05/01/2024. These issues have persisted for 2 weeks even after going through all recommended troubleshooting. These are the things I have tried so far:
1: Signed out of previous Xbox One
2. Cleared Caches on Series X
3. Hard reset the Series X System
4. Reconfigured the modem with Internet Service Provider
5. Changed the DNS
6. Unlinked and then relinked EA account with Xbox account
