6 years agoHey, @SERPENT_DESCEND
That's very concerning to hear and hopefully this isn't happening anymore. If it is though, can you let me know of the following:
- Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?
- Is your internal/external hard drive full on space?
- Have you tried reinstalling the game?
- Have you tried power cycling the console?
- What power setting do you have enabled on your Xbox One?
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I have an Xbox X and it cuts off everyone I try to play Apex. This is the only game it does this to. I unplug power cable, wait 30 seconds and TRY again. And it still cuts off. It takes about 3 times of doing this to hopefully get in a game. Didn't start doing this until Season 8. So what gives. Cause this is total BS.
