Ok this is *. I just bought the battle pass last night for apex and I woke up this morning to find out that my account was disabled????? For what reason??? The prompt says I have received an e-mail regarding the ban information, but I did not receive a single e-mail regarding this (I did receive an e-mail about a failed transaction right after the confirmed one about the battle pass, which is kind of weird cus I did not make a second transaction, but there is no information about the ban in that e-mail). I have been playing for almost 2 months on Nvidia Geforce NOW. I am now missing out on rewards from the event that is happening which is unacceptable. I want answers and I want them now, I don't want to wait 10 days for customer support to respond via e-mail and tell me something like: "we need more information" and then I have to wait another 10 days. I have gone through this before and I'm sick of it. Get your * together EA!
