Your account has been disabled

Ok this is *. I just bought the battle pass last night for apex and I woke up this morning to find out that my account was disabled????? For what reason??? The prompt says I have received an e-mail regarding the ban information, but I did not receive a single e-mail regarding this (I did receive an e-mail about a failed transaction right after the confirmed one about the battle pass, which is kind of weird cus I did not make a second transaction, but there is no information about the ban in that e-mail). I have been playing for almost 2 months on Nvidia Geforce NOW. I am now missing out on rewards from the event that is happening which is unacceptable. I want answers and I want them now, I don't want to wait 10 days for customer support to respond via e-mail and tell me something like: "we need more information" and then I have to wait another 10 days. I have gone through this before and I'm sick of it. Get your * together EA!

    We can do nothing more on this forum it's a community of players, you do wait an answer from EA.

    If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake.
    You can reach out to the Terms of Service Team to appeal this ban.

    Unfortunately we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.

    They are unfortunaly no other way. Withe Covid-19 answer can take little time.

    I hope you can understand where my frustration is coming from. Having just bought the battle pass I wanted to enjoy the rewards that come with it and considering there is an event going on right now, I will be missing out on the daily rewards and there is no way I can catch up with them. If this was a mistake, will I be refunded those rewards that I would otherwise have gotten if I could have played during these days?

    Unfortunally only EA team can answer you about that i'm only a player. If you are innocent hope all doing fine for you.

  • It's been two weeks and my support ticket is still "in progress". This is not okay EA. What the hell is going on?
