Can you create a new post and attach a dxdiag file to it.
This way you create a case unique to your issue.

Do you get any error codes and when does apex crash?

Hi Zeel,

I have to inform you that, since tuesday game update (version 3.0.2.2560), i haven't had any startup crash. Hope this is fixed🙂

Follow up:
Just to inform you guys, that till now, zero crashes at first game startup, since game update. Current game version 3.0.2.2571.
