Seeking a real explanation for my ban

I am writing this post out of sheer frustration. My account has been banned, and despite my attempts to resolve this through the proper channels, I have received absolutely nothing of substance only silence or automated, generic responses.

This isn't just about losing access to the game, it is about the total lack of transparency regarding why this action was taken against me. I have always played by the rules, yet I am being penalized without a shred of evidence or a specific, valid reason for this ban.

Being treated like this, completely in the dark, is unacceptable. I am not looking for a copy pasted Terms of Service snippet; I am demanding a real explanation of what specific action triggered this decision.

It is incredibly exhausting to put time and effort into a game only to be hit with an unexplained ban and then be ignored by the support system. If there is a legitimate reason for this, provide the evidence. If there isn't, then I expect this to be rectified immediately.

If anyone here has managed to actually get a real person to look at their case and provide a transparent review, I would appreciate any advice on how to make that happen. I am done with automated loops.
