I agree, they seem to swing wildly between "Over-powered" to essentially "Paper-weight"

Should be a middle ground in there somewhere, I would think.

Guns overall just don't feel right, the avancys just shows this... Just like the K30. These weapons act outside their class (assault rifles) but don't have the drawback of that class.

Avancys recoil is very low and even at range pretty solid, like an AR should be. However, it doesn't have the downside of a low clip size like an AR does.

K30 is similar, as it is very accurate and the fire rate makes the damage fall-of negligible.

Is it OP? Hmmm, not completely... But it definitely needs a tweak. Or tweak the older rifles so they actually fit more in their intended ranges.

SMGs: Close range

LGMs: Close/mid range

ARs: mid range/long range

Marksman: long/very long range

Sniper: very long range

And yes, this will get people angry if their SMG isn't lasering people down 50m down range but... that's the whole idea... DICE just threw in these weapons and then tries to make everything work in any situation. Don't even get me started on shotguns...

Until and unless the K30 or SMGs in general get looked at, the likes of the Avancys should receive no changes at all!

The Avancy is overpowered at short, medium and long range. With the underhand she is simply overpowered. That stays until the next great update, which doesn't fix any bugs, just adds more.

Sure OP is citing a Streamer/Youtuber, but Avancys is actually a laser beam. It is an assault rifle with 200 rounds and no recoil with high damage. It most definitely will get nerfed as there is no reason to take any other gun while this thing exist.

I T1ed the Avancys already and have moved on to the AM40, the Avancys is a good weapon but I didn't really think it was OP it's pretty in line with first LMG in that category I thought.

PKP is still hot garbage since the nerf and I sincerely hope they don't drop the nerf-hammer on the Avancys too.

Once people get finished T1ing it I bet you'll see less of them. As amatter of fact I HAVE been seeing fewer here recently as it seems a lot of others have moved on as well.

Killed three enemies at 170m (measured via ping) using the Avancys 6x scope from top the tower on Manifest last night in about 20 seconds.  Trick is to feather it for 2-4 shots.  Completely OP at the moment and will for sure get nerfed, as no LMG should hit like a sniper at 170 meters.

That said, it is usually some player lasering me with an mid range gun that somehow hits accurately without ANY bullet drop at 150 to 200 meters.  I don't even fear snipers anymore as they actually have to deal with bullet drop, yet many of the non-sniper weapons have very little to none...

It is the other LMGs that are quite bad
