it seems that I found out why I was banned, their anti-cheat mistakenly hid the application for the deleted dustup for cheating the name of the application Remotly, why I decided so, I launched the beauty program and it refused to start, I disabled this application and, miraculously, the game started.
I wrote to them about this situation, they said that they would sort it out and so they unbanned me.
