Battlefield 2042 Battlepasses

Just a quick thought, but as we are coming to the end of BF 2042’s life cycle, and all development will be going into BF Labs, I was wondering if they should allow people to progress through the previous battlepasses, I think it would be an excellent idea for player retention and monetisation, for a few seasons I was extremely busy with exams and work, to the point I couldn’t play any games whatsoever, and I missed out on a lot of the seasons and the content they offered.

I love battlefield, and I always have, and if they were to do this, If I was allowed to unlock some of the customisations from previous battlepasses, I would be playing 2042 even after LABS comes out.

If and EA dev comes across this (they probably won’t but I hope they will), PLEASE CONSIDER IT.

  • Fully agree! This was already suggested several times back on Answers HQ boards at the time.

myself I started playing BF2042 approximately half a year after launch. And I did miss out on completing S1, so I would like another shot at it.

I remember this kriss vector legendary skin in the season 1 battlepass, and it had the cleanest red dot sight I have ever seen, so annoyed that it’s gone.

  • I'd like this a lot and think that it'd be good for the game if people could access and work through all of the past Battlepasses.

While I did play all of the seasons and am 99.9% sure that I unlocked all rewards, I definitely missed out on getting the T1 badges from some of the early seasons (looking at you, Season 1. Far too grindy), so it'd be great if I could still earn them.

I was thinking that when I was customising my card, they still show the badges even if you didn’t play a season. Getting the T1 badges would be a grind, but a good one.

Great idea, as I am sure all of us have missed something at one time or another as life happens and we get busy with other things. Would love to go back a do a few things I missed out on.
