Changes needed for fxaa and soflam/recoilless

In 128 player matches there are potentially 20-30+ fxaa locking into 3-4 air vehicles at any time in various spots.

The whole map is a minefield for vehicles + rao can disable flares. 

I know a lot of people think helis are overpowered but only good pilots can survive very long.

I suggest that due to the map size the effective range of the fxaa is reduced in a novel way: the fxaa projectile only travels at full speed for the first 4 seconds or so of travel time. After that it reduces speed drastically and blows up after another 3-4 seconds max. 

If you lock a heli at the edge of your radar range it should be able to dodge more easily as the rocket chases the heli up to 500,600 meters out. 

This would punish helis that don't hit and run or plan escape still. And honestly if a heli pilot can identify where the fxaa is coming from and move away that's a fun risk/reward of dodging a missle vs using flares. And jets would be able to use their speed to avoid fxaa as well. It's also somewhat realistic as anti air targets dont have unlimited fuel. 

As for the recoilless having it lock to soflam air targets is completely overpowered. It should be incredibly slow to ascend and rarely hit targets that are above 200-300m with aerial soflam lock. 

Ideally I would like to see a different launcher be used for soflam lock that is lower damage like in bf4. It makes no sense to have a 400 damage rocket that can lock aerial soflam targets and be nearly as reliable as fxaa. 

In the same way that Infantry has to deal with wide open spaces, aerial vehicles have to deal with wide open skies that lack tall vehicles for cover, and they can be locked and chased by fxaa or soflam for a long, long distance. 

I know most people think the helis are too strong but with 64 opponents the amount of anti-air in most games is way higher than bf4 and for a lot of reasons helis are even more fragile than ever. And considering the skill involved, learning to fly helis and jets well should be rewarded more than just right trigger, lock on, shoot.
