Hits don't equal kills. Why so uneven. BF4 took 3 hits to kill. This game I don't know. Seems like I hit 10 times and the enemy shoots back and kills me in one hit. I spend 95% of the time dead in this game. I played BF4 for 7 years and this game for 7 months now. It ain't that I'm bad, it's the uneven hit to kill ratio. The game is bad.

@WasupwitdatHit registration is utter garbage. You see on your screen you see 10 hits but the game only recognizes 3 hits.
I really think it's the crossplay coding. There is something fundamentally wrong with it. As every time I have kill issues its 90% of the time its a crossplay target.
When I've been in matchs normally small game mode matchs like TDM when the bulk of the players were just series x players there were no issues hitting them but as soon as a pc player was in the fight it took 2 to 3x more rounds.
My only thought is there is a major underlying issue with the crossplay netcode.
The crossplay and going to 128player has been the biggest blunder in BF history.. more so then specialists.
- 3 years ago@xXHappy_PuppyXx I don't think it's a cross play issue (or at least not entirely) as we had the same issues with BFV on PlayStation.
Wiser heads than mine debated the issue on the old forum and a general consensus was reached that it was the new Amazon Servers not being optimal for a Battlefield game.- 3 years ago@BFB-Praetorian That's odd I've never had these issues with BFV.. now all bf games had general latency and server issues at release but this isnt that. There is no character warping and other signs of latency.
I can with dang near 100% accuracy know instantly that I'm in a fight with a pc player do to hit registration. It's to consistent not to have some issue with crossplay.

Yesterday I played 2 rounds of solo breakthrough to try out the AS VAL and get the extended mags for it. I had hitreg problems there as well and all I did was shooting bots that were computed on the server instance. So no, crossplay is not to blame for the bad hitreg (at least not entirely).

Having the same issue since season 1 started as well
- 3 years ago@DuaneDibbley The bot hit registration has been a well known bug. Though I haven't run into it since Dice did a patch to fix it a few months back. Maybe newest patch introduced the bug again?
There are YouTube videos of the bot hit registration issue.
