I will not be buying another battlefield game that has cross play with pc automatically enabled. Console crossplay only. It's too easy for pc players to cheese the visibility, movement, sound, and recoil to put them at a great advantage. I can tell if a player is on pc simple by the way they move and how easily you are spotted in foliage. I have been playing battlefield since the beginning of the franchise. I'm done with this.

Crossplay is a problem. The evidence is in the two versions of the game on console. Get a PS5 and play both versions (PS5 version with PC players and PS4 version) then you will convince yourself easily that the tech is not here in this game to have crossplay implemented. Somehow TTD does not equal TTK on crossplay versions of this game. If you are a PC player, go and play the above mentioned two versions and then we can talk. PC players are not the problem, it is the tech that enables crossplay. PC has m&k, console has aim assist, BF2042 has desync and lag. Nobody is happy.

Agree. PC should have been vs PC and Console vs Console. I do like having us all together but I can see where we would have had less issues.

NO more crossplay with PC. It needs to stop.

Great "ultimatum" post! The threat of you not buying the next version has EA executives up in arms and they are informing the team to remove cross play as we speak. BRAVO!

@devin_the_dude_3 But surely that's a choice you made to play on playstation has nothing to do with crossplay? PC is faster in movement, yes, but on console you can also move faster by increasing or decreasing your input. But then you know for next time invest in a PC so you can move faster too.

Once again, crossplay gets much more flak than it deserves.
Unless we are comparing top play between vehicles, it is irrelevant.
